
I was going to add some abs (I have to look up when to do this cause I'm still learning here) but could barely get off the bench because of the back pain so I'll forgo that for today.
Missed my post yesterday. Weekends sometimes get away from me. I start out with good intentions but somewhere along the way I lose control of the day. Mostly with family stuff or all that stuff you try to cram in on weekends when you work all week.
I'm still iffy on the diet...yesterday was like...what diet? Who? Where? Had a good breakfast, then a nectarine then around five o'clock I realized I hadn't eaten all day. I think today will be easier because I have to pack my food for work so it will be easier to plan.
