Treadmill Tuesday

Up at 5:30 a.m. and did my 20 min interval cardio. Now I go visit the Body For Life guestbook to check in. I do this a couple of times of day for motivation.
Since I believe that weight loss and fitness is psychological then it would make sense that we need to keep our heads in the game.
Now about the 5:30 a.m. wake up call. I was going to get up at 5 but it was boggling my mind. Getting up that early when I'm already tired during the day was something I just couldn't see myself do long term...er...short term...um...at all. So I compromised. I went for 5:30. It's only a half hour before my normal wake up time and I figured I might be able to do it. (This was one of the reasons I started on the weekend.) Today is my second day getting up that early and it's not bad. I think this thing might work.
Now if I could only get the food right...
